Limits/rules:

1. The character/faction/species in question must be strictly Carnivorous, this mean they can only feeds on nothing but meat
2. The term "Cannibalistic" here are means preys on Sapients/sentients/sophonts instead of preying on each other
3. and most importantly, no Real Life examples please where for the sake of peace, Religious figures(unless from purely fictional religions) and Mythological Characters(particularly from their original mythologies) are all counts as real life examples

Don't really see how this is a Rumble, but:

Blob, in Ultimate Marvel, ate all kinds of people, including Wasp.

Dark Phoenix ate a sun, killing everyone in the system.

Galactus eats planets and everything on them - nobody has a higher death toll (that sticks) than Big G.
