    AXIS tie-in!
    • Roderick Kingsley, the one and only Original Hobgoblin is back in the suit (for real this time! We swear!) and back in New York with a brand new mission.

Did Urich become the Goblin King at the end of Goblin Nation? I somehow don't remember that.

Actually, it happened within SUPERIOR SPIDER-MAN ANNUAL #1 that Urich eventually ended up as the New Goblin King (following Norman Osborn's/Green Goblin's defeat within SUPERIOR SPIDER-MAN #33) IIRC.

Also, good cameos of the Loners (Darkhawk, Lightspeed, Turbo & Ricochet).

hobgoblin is one of m7y most anticipated books coming out along with spider-gwen

i also notice a while back that phil urich will be having his classic look. i don't get why he suddenly looks like a black haired version of peter parker all of a sudden but i will say that his new look fits him better because it best fits his personality.

Really looking forward to this. That line about the barricades nearly made me choke on my coffee!

I like that Kingsley's extending the costumed identity franchising to superheroes. I will be amazed if he really recruited a new Anti-Venom and we see whoever that is in action, as one page suggests.

This looks like a ton of fun.

Any guesses as to the 'her' is that Philgoblin is referring to in the last panel?

There was an unlettered Preview of this before; so chances are that Phil/Goblin King might be referring to spoilers:
what happened to Lily Hollister AKA Menace
    end of spoilers.

My god, I love the Superman homage panel on the second page. That had me in stitches.

I like Stern's Hobgoblin and Rodriguez is a good artist, but I wasn't sold until I saw that image.
