If you read closely, it says Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot to star) and Justice League (Zak Snyder to direct)

I think it's pretty safe to guess that he won't be. Chances are as soon as he finishes post production of BvS he'll be jumping into pre production of Justice League. There simply isn't enough time for him to direct a Wonder Woman movie in between that.
