After the Great Unplugging of 2004, a general amnesty to previously banned posters was put in place. A few took Jonah up on it.

Well if they haven't learned their lesson, then wouldn't that just defeat the purpose of CBR's reboot? Maybe they'll come back under different names. Maybe they won't behave like they did before. But I get the sense that CBR has a much lower tolerance for that kind of behavior than before and won't hesitate to ban anyone again.
