Are you really that weak though when you can summon a Giant Mighty Metal Holy Axiomonic Flaming Flying Laser Invulnerable Cuthulu at will?

And that's if he was going to be creative. The Easiest way would just bet to put the invulnerable and flying on himself, and there's nothing Cloud or Sephroth could do to hurt him.

@BitVyper and MunchKing - Alright alright, fine, I apologize if I was acting like a dictator when asking you guys to write your posts, all I wanted was for the others to help list the examples. that's all.

And it really depends on which version we are using.

There is FF7, Advent Children, and Kingdom Hearts version. (As in that one in paritcular Sephiroth is hax, and Cloud only shows up to drive him away.)

And Max from Scirbblenauts is not really a wekaling considering he's a dman deity with that magic note book.

I'll be taking the Advent Children and Cutscene Feats into consideration for these.

Video Games: DMC4 Dante

American/Western cartoons: Samurai Jack?

American comics: Not sure.

Anime: Kiryuin Satsuki with Junketsu. Crazy strong, fast, super durable and a very good swordswoman. Watch her episode 3 fight with Ryuko to see what I mean.
Alternatively, Mr.1 from One Piece.

Manga: Chunin-Exam Rock Lee with his weights off?

Tv: Early Smallville Clark is just about the only one I can think of. Though there are some powerful Sentai and Kamen Rider folks. Faiz might be able to do it, but he'd have go into Accel Mode right away and finish it with that. Decade Fury Form could take it with ease.

Movies: MoS Superman?

Novels: Can't think of too many novel characters, aside from Voldemort or Zzzap from Ex-Heroes.

Using Advent Children/Cutscene feats and not taking into account any of the gameplay-only Materia feats/setups,

Video Games: I dunno, maybe Xemnas? He did hold his own against both Sora and Riku at the same time, and they are roughly Cloud-Sephiroth levels.

Anime/Manga: 21st-ish Budokai Goku has at least comparable strength feats, and way better speed feats, so he could probably do it. Failing that, I nominate Inu Yasha on the grounds that Cloud and Sephiroth can't close into melee range (where they blitz the crap out of him) before IY can engulf them with a mountain-top(s) sized Meidou Zangetsuha and dump them into an insta-killing Hell/a pocket dimension/500 years in the past or future, or some combination of the above. Maybe Kumagawa from Medaka Box, though that may be fudging the term "weakest" since, his own claims of being super weak aside, he's got stats high enough to keep up with Medaka and has two utterly broken special powers.
