Not sure how I feel about this. I thought the recap page was the best thing in the entire preview, and that's because it reminded me of a Sex Pistol's poster. I did buy all of Humphries issues so I shouldn't complain too much.

Do you like the art? Some of it I really dig, but other panels make me cringe. I think the dialogue is cheese-tastic too. I'm not sure how I feel about that yet. I think it's all a mental hurdle since this is supposed to be the "Ultimates"

I'm new to this whole comic thing but wasn't there a previous preview of issue 2 where Diamondback kissed Miles because I'm sure I read somewhere that Miles ends up having a crush on a villainess ?

I think Ultimate FF is, but I've yet to read the first issue of Miles' series but I'd imagine after reading it, Ultimate Ff will remain my favourite Ultimate title as of now.

The crush on a vilainess was mentioned in the June solicits IIRC.

Action looks surprisingly good. The banter isn't too annoying, and it's good to see some cop characters showing up, as they were pretty good minor characters in older arcs. I just can't get over how big a downgrade Jessica's costume is though. It is cool to see her look a little more like Peter, as I never felt they looked too similar in the original books. However, man this new costume looks so...cobbled together i guess. I'll get used to it, but it's definitely my least favorite thing about this preview.

I'm still wondering if Kitty can grow to giant size now along with her mutant powers. When she fought Galactus she grew and shrank on her own accord (Something that no one off Giant Man serum user has ever done). I think it would be cool if she can, it would definitely be something different.

Also right now I'm really trying to find somewhere (UK wise) where I can pre-order the variant for this issue. Also does anyone know if #3, #4 or #5 will be getting a variant as well?

No luck, hopefully someone will put it up on Ebay. Recently I have been getting all the covers with Ultimate Kitty Pryde on them and out of the 55 that I know of I'm only missing six of them. Two are on their way to me, one I'm bidding on Ebay, one I can't find for sale in the UK and the last two haven't been released yet (Includes ANU #2 variant)
