Default Anyone worried about Disney characters showing up in Marvel?

    Disney owns Marvel, right?

No disrespect to the famous mouse, but I hope he and other disney characters don't show up in the Marvel Comic universe. I notice one marvel show is having disney crossovers.

Btw, I love Star Wars, but that doesn't mean I want to see Darth Vader teaming up with a marvel villain.

Like, a crossover between Darkwing Duck and Howard the Duck? Because that would be awesome.

I wouldn't mind Gargoyles and W.I.T.C.H. popping up.

Do you seriously think that there is even the slightest possibility of Mickey Mouse having a guest appearance in Amazing Spider-Man?

That said, I would pay good money for a Guardians of the Galaxy meets Star Wars miniseries.

They had the other way around a visit in Disney's Phineas and Ferb but this discussion reminds me of a fear of an amalgam of Cinderella and Iron-man when Disney took over Marvel.

I think the cleverness of how Disney do business was shown when they bought Marvel and then left them to their own devices.

Sadly, the popularity of the MCU films means we are seeing a lot of neutered versions of characters to sell stuff to kids. That's obviously a given, they want to make money. The problem is things like the cartoon crossovers. At some point they will think, "shall we?" when it comes to doing something with comics. Hopefully they make the right decision and know where the line is. I personally don't think it will happen but this stuff is getting massive. It's the price the comic fans who always knew this stuff was incredible fiction are paying to be vindicated I suppose.

I don't think I would protest to the likes of Gargoyles being in Marvel. I think there are some Disney characters that could actually fit really well in the Marvel universe in some way. Many in the multiverse there is a Disney universe? I don't know what the likes of Star Wars in the Marvel Universe, and there are several Disney characters I would rather not see.

A Darkwing Duck and Howard the Duck crossover sounds awesome though.

Some sort of Star Wars/Marvel Universe x-over will happen. This is like a license to print money, and Disney can not pass it up. I really want to see the Dr. Doom Darth Vader meeting.

    Dr strange vs Malafecent
Namor vs Ursla the sea witch
    Sabra vs Aladain
    Blade vs Jack Skeleton
Tony Stark gets drunk and sleeps with Crula Devill
    The terrible possibilities are endless.

616? Couldn't. Shouldn't. Alternate Universes? Bring it on.

I would also like to see Oswald the Lucky Rabbit reclaim his birthright in comic form (since Junction Point went under and took his break in to video games with it).

Genie Jafar could be a major supernatural villain.

Reminds me of that "Duck Dodgers" episode in which Daffy ended up wearing Hal Jordan's Green Lantern costume and power ring for a while. (There'd been a mixup in their respective laundry orders, I think.)

    Namor vs. Ursula!

OK, really wondering why anyone would be "worried" about this.
