The Night King actually spawned the Chitauri when he had a one long night stand with some random cosmic Marvel chick waaaay back in the day. This would explain the insta-deaths of both his army and the Chitauri.

Yeah they were sure lucky that TNK was stupid enough to come to the front lines himself, because that was pretty much their only plan. If he had stayed further back and commanded from a distance, they'd have been done for instantly.

Also about the Dothraki, Go look at Mongol tactics. They where horse archers who peppered the enemy with arrows, did a false retreat and lured the enemy into waiting Mongol pikemen who then fixed the enemy while the archers circle round and pepper the enemy with arrows. Rinse and repeat till the enemy routs. Same deal with the Huns before them as well.

Besides, a head-on cavalry charge only breaks an enemy through fear. The Whities don't give a crap and are not scared of cavalry charges.

Horses are great for breaking a line at a narrow point or breaking into an infantry square, but the key is that the foot soldiers must then break and try to run/retreat. If the infantry holds its a bad day for the cavalry.

Some really interesting battles where the cavalry broke the square/line many times, but the infantry refused to rout and kept reforming. The horses can pour through the gaps and keep going, but if they stop they will be swarmed and slaughtered.

The Mountain kills Missandae by beheading on Cersei order. Invading the city, something happens to make the Unsullied go bat shit crazy. They rampage kill men, women, and children. Might be related to Missendaies death. Daenaerys speech infuriates people and Tyrion tries to resign as hand of the Queen. (throws pin on the ground) Tyrion trying to resign might happen before the fight too. Jaime will betray Dany AND the north, and is eventually recaptured. (Brienne can't reason with him) And somehow Missandei will be captured (and beheaded by the Mountain at Cerseis command) Daenarys will turn cold and infuriate those following her and Tyrion loses control. Sansa tells Tyrion of Jon's true lineage (Targaryen) and they start plotting. Vary's betrays Dany as well (thinking Jon will be the better King) and is executed. (Sansa betrays Tyrion at the very end)

The sail to Kings Landing and Euron's fleet takes down Rhaegal. Cleganebowl briefly happens and both die. Tyrion asks for mercy for his brother and Dany denies it so Tyrion frees him and is eventually put on trial. Jaime makes his way to Cersei, killing Euron, where is mortally wounded. Both he and Cersei die by dragonfire.

Dany starts executing everyone in King's landing making Tyrion and Jon upset. Tyrion is executed for freeing his brotehr and tries to convince Jon to turn on Dany (his family will never be safe because he has stronger claim) Jon tries talking to Dany and is ignored. He eventually kills her in the throne room, bleeding out she reaches out to touch the Throne. Jon either joins the Night's Watch (or is exiled) or dies mysteriously (two endings were filmed). Suposedlythe Throne is destroyed as well (¬_¬)[/SPOILER]

Problem is he had to be. If he wasn’t there to make the snow storm, Dany and Jon had a clear path to obliterate his generals (and who knows how many of the wights then).

If he wasn’t there the dragons would have destroyed his dead army pretty easily.

How would Missandei even get captured? She’s never near the front lines.

Allegedly the leaker has a decent track record. He apparently was accurate abou episodes 1-3. But he also been wrong too suposedly. Some speculate he was given misinformation. But keep in my his YouTube channel got a copyright strike cause he was leaking things. So who knows.

If he wasn’t there the dragons would have destroyed his dead army pretty easily.

He could’ve stayed in the air but once he was on the ground he should’ve raised all the dead he just killed than dipped while the new wave finished it off. Dani & Jon might’ve had a plan but I don’t think a single aspect of it actually succeeded.

Also I get why he wants Bran/TER dead, but why does he have to do it personally? They never state that he does, so just send your minions to kill the kid in the wheelchair, or have him captured and brought back to you later on, etc.
