Ninja Gaiden:

Ryu Hayabusa, Kasumi, Rachel, Ayane, Momiji, Sonia, Yaiba Kimakaze and Genshin.


Devil May Cry:

Dante, Trish, Lucia, Lady, Nero and Vergil.


Limitations on NG cast: Ryu has only the Dragon Sword, incendiary kunai and shuriken and ninpo spells. Ayane and Kasumi are also only limited to their swords, fletchettes and ninpo attacks. Momiji has her spear and spells. Rachel has the Inferno Hammer, her two spells, her max. strength and gatling gun. Genshin is in human form and has the claw and sword.

Limitations on DMC cast: Dante has only Rebellion and E&I and can use Quicksilver and Doppleganger. Trish does not have her guns or Sparda but can use her lightning and teleport. Lady has all her guns and Kali-Ann. Lucia has her cutlassier and throwing knives. Vergil has only Yamato. Nero only the Devil Bringer with the following Devil Arms stored in it: Nevan, Rudra & Agni, Cerebus, Gilgamesh.
