There is a new villain in the comic book dominion, and he is more powerful than the likes of Magneto (the manipulator of magnetic forces), Green Goblin (the sky-soaring city terrorist), Brainiac (the scheming mastermind), and Scarecrow (the maniac who wields fear toxins).

This super-villain's name is Sonic Devil.

What makes Sonic Devil so ominous is that he attacks peoples' ability to avoid clumsiness. While that may not sound so terrible, it is, simply because when human beings feel clumsy, they are unable to even anticipate the attacks of enemies.

Sonic Devil attacks peoples' clumsiness by confounding their motor-sensory brain systems which are normally regulated by an efficient coordination of electrical brain impulses and regular signal pathways. Sonic Devil attacks the human brain's motor-sensory systems by creating intense body vibrations in the victim. He does this by inducing epileptic seizures with a special auditory frequency device that confuses the brain's sensory processing circuits.

This nefarious super-villain is the perfect nemesis for the brooding television series "Gotham" (Fox TV), so it would be intriguing to see a shrewd actor such as Adrian Grenier ("Entourage" - HBO) portray such a villain in such a show.

Ruckus (X-Men: Marvel Comics) resembles Sonic Devil in character and composition.
