Spitfire would fit nicely into a British-based Avengers, and perhaps Micromax if he's still around. There are quite a few British heroes, though most are underdeveloped (which isn't a bad thing for team members).

So my British Avengers, or Defenders would be
(Personally I prefer the Defenders name for a group of heroes)
Captain Braddock
Black Knight
Spitfire
Union Jack
Deaths Head/Minion (Minion is a personality within Deaths Heads head, right?
Elsa and Cullen Bloodstone
Anarchronism
Pixie

I knew he named himself after Neil Tennant of the Pet Shop Boys, but didn't know Neil was a Marvel editor.

DEATH'S HEAD Gets His Own MARVEL Title - Good, Yes?
Did I imagine that there is supposed to be a TPB of the UK Spider-Man stories? I know there was the Hulk one (Read and enjoyed it years ago) and the Night Raven one (it's in my every growing to-read pile), but I seem to recall seeing that there was going to be a Spider-Man one too.
I actually didn't know there were UK originated Spider-Man stories. Were the Hulk stories the ones from the late 70's/early 80's?
WOW!Can't wait to see this.
Just came across some interesting news. Panini UK are apparently planning a weekly Marvel comic.

I'm sure my first Marvel comic was a weekly Spider-Man one - one of those landscape-format books Marvel UK was experimenting with at the time. I also read Titans, which was probably where I first saw Captain Marvel. It would be nice to see Marvel weeklies back on the shelves in Smiths.
