I found this while wandering the internet the tonight and could not place it at all. It is definitely an piece from the UU but I can not place it at all. I thought maybe it was from the Ultimate Enemy trilogy but the Scarlett Witch wouldn't fit in, plus she had changed costumes by the time Hawkeye was wearing his "Bullseye" mask. I'm pretty sure it Bagley that drew it as well.
