Does the High Evolutionary still have his status as WorldBuilder (counter Galactus)?

If so... I think it would be great to have a storyline based around him and the Phoenix Force... after all the Phoenix force represents life... and now more than ever, the high evolutionary represents life too.

Has there been a story with these two together?
