We'll fondly look back at the days when we had mixed feelings about a black Iris West.Like with Cat Grant, the casting directors are open to ethnicity when it comes to CatCo photographer James Olsen. The character is described as smart, worldly, attractive and in his late 20s or early 30s. Olsen will be a bit of an alpha male in the series and also the object of Kara's affection.

The plans for Cat Grant sound cool though.
