Deep Purple, Alice Cooper and The Edgar Winter Band are teaming up for a summer tour.

They are hitting my area so I'm considering going to this one.

Yeah, some people are really missing out when they don't give post-Ozzy/Dio Sabbath a try.

Asia's John Wetton has passed away.

Procol Harum will release their first studio album in 14 years on April 21st. It will be called Novum and will be released through Eagle Records.

FROM CLASSIC ROCK REVISITED:

Music legend Bob Dylan has announced that he will be releasing a new triple disc album appropriately entitled "Triplicate" on March 30th that will feature his take on 30 classic American songs.

The recent Nobel Prize winner has given each album in the three disc set their own unique titles: "'Til The Sun Goes Down", "Devil Dolls" and "Comin' Home Late".

Dylan recorded the album with producer Jack Frost his touring band at Hollywood's Capitol studios.
