Talas singer Phil Naro is fighting tongue cancer.

If anyone doesn't know or remember , this was the 1st cancer that Eddie Van Halen had back in late 1990's. He was able to beat this and recover after surgery.

Speaking of Van Halen , Howard Stern discussed him a few days ago and praised him on the show for how great he was. Some things revealed...


- Howard brought a guitar EVH gave him with a nice message on it. That its one thing he cherishes a lot as he told Robin.

- Sammy Hagar was invited to come on but declined saying it was too soon for him. He did send a message to Howard saying that since 2020 began him and Eddie had communicated by text messages. That they chose not to tell anyone this because fans (like myself who had no idea how bad his cancer was) would demand a reunion tour between them and Eddie's health was not gonna make it possible. They stayed quiet and communicated up til last month as he never heard back from him and he tried a week or 2 ago. As he feared the worst.
