Had an interesting day yesterday. My friend's record shop was chosen to be the focus of a planned pilot episode of a TV series focusing on independently owned records stores across the U.S.

He invited everyone to come to the store, presumably to be bodies in the store during the filming. I had planned to go. But I got a late start and by the time I got there, the general filming had been finished. HOWEVER, they were doing interviews with people. And I was asked to sit for a brief interview. So I did.

I don't know what will become of the pilot but it was cool to sit for the interview.

The lawsuit surrounding Megadeth not paying or crediting the artist who created the artwork of the album The Sick, The Dying...and the Dead has reportedly been settled.

Reba McEntire's new album will be called Not That Fancy. It is due out October 6th.
