[Deathstroke]

The new Godsmack CD will be called 1000hp. The title track is due out as a single in August, but there is no set date for the album's release yet.

Black Star Riders have split with bassist Marco Mendoza and hired ex-Ratt bassist Robbie Crane in his place. Mendoza wanted to pursue other musical projects.

King's X bassist/vocalist Doug Pinnick has a new musical project called Grinder Blues. The self-titled debut album is due out August 19th via Megaforce Records.

Marco Mendoza is in WAMI claiming the "M" in the name. The other members are W - Doogie White / A - Vinny Appice and I for Iggy Gwadera a 16 years old Polish guitarist recruited by Mendoza during the Thin Lizzy tour. Here is one track:

I guess folks lost interest after they kept putting out the same album every year albeit a little more watered-down and generic than the previous.
