Weird pop-ups on CBR

I didn't know where to report this but I'm on Chrome (without any extensions or plugins going) and I get these pop-ups within the last hour. Not often but more than once. I'm only here in Community and TV/Film.

I got the same pop up earlier, and use chrome too, but I got it on another message board I frequent as well, so it may be a Chrome thing, not a CBR thing.
