IMAGE Firsts for a dollar. Love em

Not new to Image but definitely new to the host..various Image titles--I love their #1 Firsts Program. This week saw titles i didnt check out
the first time around but this inexpensive way to get on the bandwagon is an awesome idea!

This week I purchased:

EAST OF WEST
SEX CRIMINALS
PRETTY DEADLY
VELVET
MANIFEST DESTINY
BLACK SCIENCE
DEADLY SCHOOL

So far Ive read half of the titles...and I am glad I Did. What are some of your favs?

Zero #1 and Velvet #1 were both great when they came out, so I got them for a friend who's had their eyes on mine since I got them.

I've snagged Alex + Ada #1 to have a look, since I've heard good things.

Dark Horse and IDW do something similar every now and then. Valiant did the same thing for all their launch books when they hit the one year mark. Curious if they'll do something similar with the books they've launched since then.

I'm gonna have to take a good look at what the firsts include, since I buy so many Image books in the first place. There's so much amazing stuff being released by them right now.

I love the ones you listed, but my heart breaks a little that you didn't check out RAT QUEENS, which was also an Image Firsts #1 released yesterday.

I didn't know that was an Image first because it sold out before it hit the stands..now I have to track it down. grrrrrrrrr

Nice to see this. I may have to look into Image's digital app, if I get too impatient waiting for the Velvet trade paperbacks.

Ahh scored one. I appreciate the offer...but my LCS came through. YAY! but if you can think of others that are worth checking out..I'd appreciate the suggestions.
