The sales results are probably additive, people may check out the book or do a Byrne-steal because of Arrow, but they are only going to buy it if the book itself is good. And there is a difference now in Green Arrow imo, Percy may have been there before Rebirth, but his editor wasn't and that person has a reputation for getting better work out of the creative teams. I think the quality angle may explain why Supergirl isn't doing very well.

Slight tweak to your post, it has to do with Cover Price. All the incentive variants of SE #0 got bundled together because it has $4.99 on cover; currently looking at rod reis cover going for $42.50 @ midtown comics.

Flash is basically selling same numbers as new52 run did at its heyday, but twice a month and I don't see any reason in particular for that. While current creative team is better than previous, they aren't superstars either that can sell lots of comics on their name alone. Sure, Wally returned, but then he was shifted away to Titans and had, from what I know, no role in main Flash book so I doubt that there was sudden influx of Wally fans that started buying books about Barry. And Flash movie is nowhere to be seen so you can't say that its due to that either.

Granted, trend is bucked by Supergirl doing rather bad numbers all things considered, but she just came to CW so maybe there hasn't been enough time yet to see any effect?
I think the shows have a bigger impact outside comic shops.

True. The Flashpoint graphic novels were in the BookScan Top 750 in 2016. So was Supergirl Vol 1.

Yep. Like I said in this article (Number Crunching: The top 20 comics sales for April 2017), it's because of that different cover price that despite having the same exact interior content, Batman #21 and Flash #21 got treated as if they were two different comics.

And here's the thing: it's going to happen again in the sales charts for next month since both Batman #22 and The Flash #22 once again have regular covers priced at $2.99, and lenticular covers priced at $3.99.
