I'm wondering where Alex will end up at the end of this Astonishing run if it ends up only being like 12 issues like the previous one, maybe leading a new team, either by himself or imho preferably alongside Lorna that maybe is off on their own...whether Kitty likes it or not...

People have been putting Alex down since he was a kid, and Alex has had two fathers ignore him or just ignore that he isn't what/who they want him to be...and his powers first showed up as a kid...

It will eventually happen though I don't think that the two were terribly close, or at least not as close as Lorna and Jean were at one time...
