Nostalgia plays pretty heavily for me in this but...what the hell:
Also really liked the original Generation X costumes. Team identity and unique but still reminiscent of precious X-costumes.

I always hated that look for Lorna, that and her current look and the one before it.
I think Meggan's second costume is gorgeous. In spite of being pyjama style, it's not ridiculous at all but a perfect beautiful and practical design, leaving her hands and feet free to make her transformations easier.
Honourable mention: Tommy. We saw her scarcely for two pages before she was murdered, but I immediatly love the character. Pity she was not allowed to survive...
In general, I like a lot all the Morlocks look. Mohawk Storm wouldn't exist without Callisto.
Madrox classic disguise is very good, too. All X-Factor v2 are cool, actually --dark but coloured, uniforms but personalised at the same time.
And what can I say of the kitsch fantasy blast of The Starjammers... Binary's look is my favorite. WOW. The detail of the little black stars in her chest is so charming.

Clay Mann CRUSHED those Age of X redesigns and the thing I'm most saddened by is that Illyana was locked up in the X-brig along with the other fiercely dangerous blondes and/or floating brains, and thus overlooked by his creative genius.
