Artist and "Skyward" creator Jeremy Dale has suddenly passed away after hospitalization earlier this week.

Prayers and condolences to his family. This is very surprising. Jeremy was always such an enthusiastic guy whenever I saw him. He'll be missed in many an artist alley, for certain.

Rest in Peace, Mr. Dale. The nicest artist I've ever met, when he found out it was my first con back in 2011 he turned what I expected to be a head sketch of the Hulk into a double page spread team-up, which kept a smile on my face the entire time I was there. He was a genuine guy and a fantastic illustrator, and he will definitely be missed.

I'm stunned at this news. Dale appeared to be a hearty young man, when I met a few years back.

I was just shocked by the news. I had the honor of meeting him two years ago, great guy. My prayers with his wife and family.
