On this comic Necrosha aftermath, Women of Marvel One-Shot #1, Dazzler

I noticed something a bit odd. On page 24 (below), in the second panel, where I thought dazzler was gonna throw her outfit away, I noticed something that caught my eye. It seemed to be part of Spiderman's outfit in the trash can. I know Spidey has struggled with his identity in the past, is this some sort of homage or prelude to a story arc? Either way, are there any thoughts, theories, or actual facts concerning this?
