"The Jigsaw Killer" (or "Jigsaw"), grabs a kid off the street that he's convinced has squandered his potential.

Unfortunately for him...that kid was Fred Jones (Scooby Doo: Mystery incorporated). master trap maker and unnervingly chipper about the horrific ordeal.
