Actually, she was shown as Black Bat after Rebirth.... but she was already MIA, per Batman's orders, before it. So, I'll stick with Wally and Cass.

Didn't Cassandra Cain become Black Bat [...] Doesn't look to be [Earth-15 - Legacy Heroes]. Appears to be post-Final Crisis and pre-Flashpoint.

I was unaware of Cassandra Cain's identity as Black Bat. I thought it might have been a Helena Wayne Robin or something similar, so this sounds good to me! Edited.

Most of the 70's Legion costumes were designed to be sexually liberal, to emphasize the youth of the characters. I guess that included the males characters as well.
