That artwork is nice (like John Byrne back in his heyday) I almost want to buy this--even though I don't care for Diana costumed like a Valkyrie/Xena knock-off. I'm so out of the loop I don't know what E2 is in current DC Comics. Is this E2 WW's first appearance?

No, her first appearence was in Earth 2 #1. The actual earth 2 is very different from pre-crisis. the trinity is dead, and new heroes are helping save the earth 2.
