It's called The Omnibus Collector's™ Comic Swap and Community. If they won't let you in just message one of the mods. There is one important rule though, you are not allowed to sell over cover (+ shipping + fees).
There are other groups but I'm not a member in any of those, this one is quite friendly and a lot happens there.

Ennis' work on the Punisher might be the best run Marvel has ever published.
Think I will re-read "Fury: My war gone by" next.

I would imagine they would take it back or at least offer a replacement. It is defective after all.

I had a very similar issue. Luckily the "extra page" that was included was all black space, so I was able to just cut it out. Now you would never know!

it might be good, I just keep forgetting about him. Although so far I'm not that impressed with Kindt. He isn't bad but most people made me believe everything he touches instantly turns to gold but he is just a strong average so far.

Rai is Kindt's best book, in my opinion. Slightly flawed, but an excellent read. If you find the deluxe hardcover (or have to resort to the TPBs), go for it. Cool stuff with a strong manga/anime feel.....And for the record, I'm not a Kindt fanboy. I like his work on Divinity (a good set of limited series which could be better), while I didn't care for Unity nor Ninjak at all.

As for your question about 4001 AD, as another poster said, you do need to read Rai first. 4001 AD is essentially an event which Rai leads into (and I believe the 4001 AD deluxe hardcover has issues 13-16 of Rai, although those are origin issues)
