So the two new Colossal Conan volumes are not double dipping on the prior released one, correct?

Damn, the new Conan books are welcome. I just started to buy the omnibus trades that picked up from the original Colossal. Nice timing.

The King Conan stories were released by Dark Horse as a series of miniseries and produced by the same regular creative team from Conan the Cimmerian. This was after they (Truman and Giorello) were replaced by Wood & Cloonan on the regular monthly series.

    Two signing today.

Ellerby. And let me tell you, if you have craving for more Rick&Morty get those books.

And Peter Milligan. His Shade is one of the best thing I've read from Vertigo, close to Moore's Swamp Thing. I don't know what DC is doing but this run deserves proper collection.

Only one more volume to go boys and girls! Looks like we may actually get to the finish line on this one. Too bad it will more than likely have taken SIX years...(no pun intended)

I was just thinking about this the other day and wondering if or when it would get finished.

For anybody who is in New Zealand (or Australia I guess?), where do you typically order from?

Book Depository all the way. By far the cheapest prices I’ve found. Although shipping can take a while, I’d say it’s worth it.

What the hell!?! I thought a new edition of Criminal came out last year and thought I’d try and get it again, but have you seen the price! Here are some books that need to keep coming, just make the limited editions more fancy, coz this is how they mess with collectors, when someone picks up a book so much on the after market and it gets reprinted the next month.

I might be wrong but I think the Criminal deluxes that were available relatively recently weren't reprints. I think they were old stock that was found somewhere (!) and then sold. I gave up on the deluxes and I'm just going with trades for Criminal.

I've never read Sandman by Gaiman. I hear a lot about this. Some love it and some hate it. So my question is: I would like to hear your opinions about it and wether I should buy it or not?

    Thanks!

For me it's the best graphic novel of all time. It's the story about stories, and there is so much mythology and epic moments that I wouldn't know how to describe. The only thing some people that I know were turned away from reading it is the art. It changes constantly, and for some it's ok for some it sucks. Personally for me it's fine (it's 80's art and I like it).
