i'd recommend buying a few trades with it, the 15 euros covers up to like 30lb of stuff (not 3lb as listed on checkout) so you could get a lot of cheap trades and the more you buy, the more it splits up the shipping cost when you divided it between items.

I'm working up an order from them of about 23 trades and postage basically works out at 40p per trade, which is mental.

Man. Seriously, how good is Stray Bullets? As much as I love Brubaker's noir stuff, this is miles ahead, imo. And so utterly, utterly dark.

To be honest, I got and read them, but I struggled to enjoy it

    Latest:

Finally been able to snatch up a copy of Doom Patrol for a decent price (69€ used via Warehouse Deals). At the current exchange rate these books have become ridiculously expensive here in Europe (JSA Omnibus 2 for example is 152€ new atm at Amazon.de).

The other books are getting me ready for the Easter holidays. For some reason I have had this tradition over the last five or six years that I devour comics, books, films about war during Easter time. Really looking forward to that.

I just read The Killers trade and there's no drop off. It's just terrific storytelling, and I can't believe I missed it for years.

Same here. Just finished the "Über Alles" TPB and I'll definitely order "The Killers" later on today. Can't wait to read more. I love how Lapham manages to coherently interweave the stories of so many characters - even more so because of the constant jumps in time. Un-put-downable!

    Just finished Enigma... wow...

I never read anything like it. It was phenomenal and yet so unconventional. It's a must read, not even becasue it's good, but because yu have to experience something so unique. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant. I tore through Über Alles edition in a day, couldn't put it down. I just can't believe it never showed up on my radar until recently.

I finally got around to reading 1 a couple of weeks ago, was going to wait to read 2 assuming it would be a lot longer until 3 came out.
