I've have said it many times but again I don't care how people call me in this country. It's Damian but it's much easier for British to call me Damien. Omen's influence I guess...

Can I get some thoughts on Remender's End League and Low?

I generally like his independent stuff but I'm not a fan of his work at Marvel.

End League is not bad. Not great, but not bad. I have not read Low though.

End League is kinda his version of the Justice League/Avengers. It's fun. That's about it. Haven't read Low.

On an unrelated note, anyone own or know what Le Gun 1, 2, 3 is? I saw it at a local shop. Curious about it.

I really enjoy Low, although I've only read the first 2 trades. The art is muddled at times and the story can be depressing (shock!) but it's much better than Tokyo Ghost, for instance. Not sure if it aligns with your interests though (I knew you were gonna hate TG lol)

I heard End League suffers from rotating artists after a few issues. Haven't read it to confirm.

Does anybody have any strong feelings about the DH Star Wars omnibuses? I'm considering picking some up when I see them cheap. Please through your opinions viciously in my direction I'm looking at you, Whovian my friend.

They're tiny, and should be ashamed to bear the name "omnibus". I feel strongly about that comment.

Please let me know what are your thoughts about Monika, art looks amazing. Also Loki, it's Marvel, but it's also Gillen.
I bought the first volume of Monika and was very disappointed. Art was okay, build quality was good, but the story was very poor.

End League is very good, very condensed. Low is pretty but not very interesting.

Ha ha, yeah. So far, that's the only independent book I've read by him I didn't like. I guess I'll give the other two a shot. I was able to sell TG on Ebay for what I paid for it, so it wasn't a loss. I figure I can do the same with the others if I don't like them.
