Just received and flipped through Black Science Deluxe 2 and man this is what all OHC type releases should be like. The paper is awesome and the build feels solid. If only Vol 1 hadn't have had the problems it did. Ready to dive into it after I wrap up the Deathlok MMW I just started, but I am going to have t re read 1.

I just received mine and it is a beautiful book, but I have to hold off, since I recently sold my volume 1 when solicitations for the newer model were released.

Where/when was that announced?! I have the sewn Vol 1 and the printing error isn't horrible in mine but if an all around better edition is on the way I would gladly upgrade.

Folks were chatting about it (I think on this thread) awhile back. I'm only upgrading because mine was on the verge of falling apart. The printing error didn't bother me.

OK that does tickle the back of my brain now with the "Re-mastered" tag line. Did you have the glued one that was degrading?

Thanks for posting this. This is great news. I was reading it in floppies but I finally dropped all floppies back in the summer. I never bought the hardcover because of the binding issues, but I'm all over this re-release.

    Last book in this year.
Not sure, but think Dark Horse omnibuses were even bigger. Anyway - great edition and solid story.

Deamn, what are those HP HCs? They look beautiful! Where can I get these treasures?

Theyre available in pretty much all major bookstores. Theyre illustrated editions. Just two out so far.

They are pretty cool but I can't imagine how will they do the last couple of books with illustrations. Maybe they will split them.

Haha, that will be fun to see! I noticed there are deluxe editions too, which look amazing. However, at £97 a pop, I think that I will stick to the standard illustrated editions at £30 reduced to £14
