If you could have a single super power, what would it be? And what would you do with your powers?

Edit: no wishing for more wishes, meaning no powers that gives you more than one power.

Mine would be the ability to pass through solid objects, à la Kitty Pryde of the X-Men. And I would use those powers for totally noble purposes. Nothing naughty at all. redface.jpg

In all seriousness, I think phasing would have all sorts of cool uses, both practical ones in day-to-day life (I'd never be using doors again in my house), as well as granting me the ability to FIGHT CRIME AT NIGHT! >dramatic echo< I used to really like more 'flashy' powers like generating ice or superspeed, but now I prefer the more subdued ones.

Same here. Plus I could attend any convention because transportation and hotel are non issues. The only catch is that I would want it to be teleportation with the ability to take anything I'm touching, including people and their belongings.

Hmm didn't think of that. Maybe Healing with thoughts as opposed to having to physically touch those that needed healing.

I think I'd take teleportation. As mentioned, it would be great for cons. I could finally go back to San Diego ComicCon again without having to worry about gas and hotel prices. Also, every time there's a special one-night screening of a classic movie I'd like to see in Los Angeles, I could just zap down there for a couple hours.
