Default Who is the most powerful Super-Villainess

I just realized that DC doesn't really have an ultimate female big bad in decent place. At least not in a proportional amount. Darkseid, Mordru, Ra's Al Ghul, Vandal Savage, Mongul, Luthor, Black Mask,Penguin, Falcone, Thorne, Whale, Black Adam. It's a sausage fest.

The closest thing in the role turned out to be Talia, a Femme Fatale who was pretending to be a damsel in danger but turned out to be quite a vamp/baroness/dragon lady. Morgaine and Queen Bee are a close second but they don't get many great stories either. Paula von Gunther, Cheetah, Roulette and Emerald Empress should get there. Any others?

Circe? Lady Styx has potential but is hardly used since her debut in 52, she was appeared in the Blue beetle series but that got cancelled.

DC is seriously lacking in serious female villainous-ness. Super Woman could be an excellent contender. Circe should also be a power house. Unfortunately many writers aren't able to adequately write a capable female villain.

The new Furies are bad ass unlike the originals who like the majority of news where just fodder.

Faora gets my vote. She's a potential planet buster like all Kryptonians, and she hates Wonder Woman. Could be an aaaaawesome rivalry.
"A happy ending? So unlikely. We're not having a moment here.

Wrong city, wrong people, all huddling in fear.

No one escapes the slaughterhouse, and that's just where you're at.

(You could've asked Rebecca but then Adam stomped her flat.)

You think you're special cuz you're scrappy? You're deluded, time to go.

Lucy's living on the moon but you're another dead psycho."

Faora kinda stole the show in MoS. I would love to see Lex free her from the Phantom Zone and have her throw down with Wonder Woman.

It probably should be Circe, but writers never treat her that way. The others aren't really high profile members of their respective rogue's galleries. The Furies and Faora are treated more like minions (For Darkseid and Zod respectively) then marquee villains in their own right.
