I came across this trailer for Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, It shows a T-103 Tyrant ("Mr. X" type from RE2) picking up and throwing cars (two) and I was wondering were you think It's strength would rank on the "Class" scale (class 5, 10, etc..)

No idea, but I reckon it's vastly higher in cut scenes than in actual gameplay.
