Assuming we're talking x-books only , 3 issues have come out since they started shipping again - Marauders, NM and Excal (all #10)

I second Spider-Man. Just finished it a couple weeks ago. I highly recommend getting it on Amazon, bc the GotY edition with all of the DLC is like $20
