I have a weakened lower back, so if it's a workout shoe, I tend to play safe by keeping a few pairs on hand, because the foot leads to leg support which leads to lower back/back support. If my back goes out, it's HELL, and then I cannot work out until I am healed, and then I have to start the slow process all over again.
Wow! Give me your old ones.

I didn't know about the leg support/back support connection thing.

How did you know that you have a weakened lower back?

I threw my back out while working out, went to a chiropractor, he did x-rays, and he found that the left side of my body is approximately 6mm shorter than the right side. It is not visible by just looking at me, but on the x-ray, I could see it.

I have to wear a tiny rubber lift under the insole of my left shoe. And that keeps me "even" and removes the stress from the right side of my back. But I go in every 2-3 weeks for routine adjustments, but if I get too busy to make those appointments, I start to feel it.
    Like, right now.

I see. There must be another way to fix that condition. Is there?

Did you feel something unusual already before going to a chiropractor?

Hmm. There *might* be a way to fix it with a major back surgery, but I'm not going to do that to myself.

    No, I didn't know.
I threw my back out working out, and before my chiropractor adjusts anyone for the first time, he does x-rays to make sure there isn't anything else going on before he just starts adjusting people's spines.

My one side being shorter than the other is VERY common. My chiro has the issue himself.
It's just that people do not usually find out about it until they injure their backs and x-rays are taken.

When you say the left side of your body is shorter, where is it exactly?

Do you get text messages from someone pretending to be real Pixie Solanas?

So X-Cres was revived? For some reason I thought this was another Storm Appreciation Thread.

I don't understand why I never saw this until last night. Then I watched it ten times in a row

I reread this. By the way, who are your 5 favorite comic characters? and i mean you can include characters from other comic companies.

    This is what I bought
I think it suits my personality very well
My body type allows me to wear a wide array of on-trend clothing
