Thanks Mr. B! I just feel like my strength hasn't return but that's how I felt yesterday so this might be as good as I get. My poor baby now has a baby version of what I have (had) so now I feel bad. It was get what I had or get my wife's horrible head cold. It hasn't been a good week for Jackal Manor.

I've heard a lot of people saying they didn't like it. So you're not alone.
Personally I think it's a great show. My wife & I enjoyed all of the first season.
One thing both fans and haters can agree on though is that it definitely goes up in quality at the end of the season.

It's still supremely boring. Arrow, the Flash, and even the flawed Gotham are all better.

Can honestly say I didn't find it boring at all.
Haven't seen Season 2 yet so can't say anything about it.
(I tend to gather up a season or more then watch them together)
But if it's more of the same - or better as I've heard - then I'll probably enjoy it.

Haven't seen Gotham or Flash yet either, but the first season & a half of Arrow was great.
And I'm really looking forward to watching them all at some point.
From clips I've seen Flash looks brilliant.

I can't handle AoS. It's so stupid, and they say the same lines every episode. Coulson: "We have to find it before Hydra does! Skye, listen to me!" The worst parts of the show they drag front and center too often (Coulson/Skye). Season 2 has at least made it feel like they are using the MU more, but it's mere association with the concept of Inhumans makes it offensive to me.

Skye may also be the worst fucking actress on network television. She's atrocious.

She's got all the personality of a wet plank, but she's "eye candy" so there you go. Baffling casting.

I finally caught up with it, but I find the overall lack of an arching plot boring. There are brief scenes where it looks like something is being set up, but we haven't had much world building in my opinion yet. I realize it's just started, but you can't doodle around these days. I like all the actors and the effects though. I just need a little more story.

Yeah the narrative is suffering for the most part as it does the monster of the week type approach. They only have a 13 episode season so you'd think the story focus would be tighter too.

Zed may be worse than Skye on AoS.

The best episode was the last one, where she WASN'T THERE.

it's depressing than the producers think that being easy on the eyes should be the primary focus for casting female characters. The gals aren't making it on their acting merit, I assure you. It's hard to take the production seriously when you've got laughably bad actors and actresses just derailing the **** out of whatever scene they're in.
