Which New 52 Constantine issue does he aquire that dagger?

1. So the end of Constantine issue #3 has him pull out a dagger, but it doesn't really look like the dagger he later has (with the eye on it) and which allows him to capture souls, which he ends up doing in the All-Star Western appearance with Swamp Thing. Anyone know if it is the same sword or what?


2. Also, in the same issues of the Western/Constantine/Swamp Thing bit with that weird flower that makes everyone hallucinate, it says "for info on where the flower came from, read Batman/Superman #8" so I went back and went over that issue like 20 times and no sign of anything with a flower. I'm lost here.

Any help would be appreciaited.
