Iron Man Appreciation: Welcome to the Iron Age

I was wondering if my fellow Iron Man fans could help me. My LCS closed and my best friend was the owner. He used to check through the books with his son to see if Iron Man was in any issues that I hadn't put on my list. I was wondering if there is a sight that has current Iron Man appearances that have happened lately? I go to Comic Book Data Base, but that's for the entire history of a character. Or are you guys picking up anything that maybe Tony has appeared in recently besides Iron Man, Avengers and New Avengers?

Also what do you think about Cap and the rest of the Avengers coming after Tony now that Cap knows about the mind wipe? What do you think of Original Sin #3.1 with Tony being around at the origin of the Hulk? Let's get talking about our hero. He always makes things interesting.

I think that inserting Tony into Hulk's origin is a bad idea. Enough damage has been done to Tony's backstory this past year. And in NA, I think that Tony is completely justified in the decisions he's making and it is out of character for Cap to snap at him like that. But alas, they want conflict. Remember the good old days when heroes used to work together to fight villains instead of themselves. Thank you Mark Millar.

I agree with you completely on putting Tony in the Hulk's origin.. I don't like when they mess with an established characters origin. Now it will be something else to use against Tony. One of the many things I love about Tony is he looks at everything from every angle and makes the tough choice.

As much as I love Tony I gotta say what Boundless did to him in NA was awesome lol

I'm ignoring Gillen's Iron Man so I haven't read the original sin stuff.

Fellow Iron Man fans. Does anyone when the Iron Man Special is supposed to be coming out? It's 3 Specials starting with Uncanny X-Men and Then Iron Man and Nova will get one. It's a 3 part story. Anyone get the Uncanny special? How was it?

The Hulk vs Iron Man seems like its going down the terrible route of "its all Stark's fault!" If that is the case its a completely unnecessary dig at Tony. Messing with an origin is always a bad idea, especially when it is designed to put another hero in a bad light. Let's hope it ends up going against the grain in regards to how Tony is portrayed these days.

I want to know when the next creative team is being announced. Gillen's run started great and ended up finishing as contrived as Fraction's did. I'd like a series where Tony just deals with some villains within the context of a great story instead of some elaborate plan to change his world forever. Especially when you don't do a damn thing with these 'huge' revelations.
