What's messed up is that most of the talk will be about gun control and not misogyny.

The gun control talk will last for about a month or so, someone will say "Well, a good guy with a gun should have stopped him." That cowboy crap makes my head hurt.

gun control may get a few mentions but like usual it will be about mental illness, and not in a way that is meant to help, but as a deflection from addressing guns. and the misogyny will be glossed over

And his attitudes towards women are not unique or rare. Pretty much every feminist activist has gotten hate mail/tweets that mirror that sort of thing exactly...hell if anything they tend to be worse.

Well guys, I need to ask a favor, is there a comic book forums you guys can recommend that's a bit more racially tolerant. With the madness I've saw with the wally west thread, and people literally calling miles a b**** in the xmen thread, I can tell this forum isn't really for me anymore. I come to a comic book forum wanting to talk about comics, but this place makes me way too uncomfortable. So I was wondering are there other forums around which doesn't have the same allowed behavior? I'd definitely appreciate it.

No such utopia. But this forum has great Mods that if you see behavior that is over the top antagonistic--tell a mod and it will be dealt with.
