I am not seeing a lot of people putting "Here Comes Squirrel Boo Boo" on their pull list...I wonder why?

The artwork, obviously, but I feel that the writing still isn't doing anything to make Squirrel Girl more than a running-joke (only two issues in and she's facing Galactus, likely so that the writers can do that horrible "beat-em-from-off-panel" gag and make a story out of it).

I don't hate Squirrel Girl but I just don't see myself ever buying a solo book of hers, sorry but that's how I feel. For her fans, I hope you enjoy it though.

Having said that if she's ever in a team book that I read and becomes a member of the team I'd have no problem with that, just can't see myself ever buying a solo ongoing unfortunately.

I do like Samnee's art on the cover to Fantastic Four. X-Men Giant-Size sounds like an interesting (if odd) collection. But Spider-Gwen is such a weird ongoing title. It's like they took the pitch name and the name trending across the internet and were like "yep, that's the series title."

Really want to love the Black Vortex books but the creative teams have really blowing it on the basic books.
Maybe/HOPEFULLY Humphries will surprise me...perhaps this "War Buddy" of Quill's that their teasing will be some one from the Annihilation era team?
I notice Mantis is featured on the cover of GotG #24, she would qualify...although they'll probably just kill her off and later regret it when/if she's featured in the movie sequel. Also, they REALLY need to darken Star Lord's hair BADLY! It always looks wrong. The animated series, the movie, the DnA GotG comics all have it brown or a much darker dirty blonde/ALMOST brown. The comics with the Platinum blonde Star lord looks SO out of place, he looks more like DC's Grifter or Constantine.

Not sure about Darth Vader yet but will probably end up passing on it. Also, the weeklies are a no go for me. I struggled to keep up with two DC Weeklies at $2.99 so I'm going to pass on the two Marvel ones at $3.99.

What else are they gonna call it? There's already a Spider-Woman book (and even if there wasn't, the comics-buying public associates that name with Jessica Drew now), and Spider-Gwen tells you right off the bat what the book's about.
