    Default New Avengers 26 *spoilers*

Didn't see a thread just for this, though I guess we're using the Time Runs Out thread for Hickman's stories?

-We find the whereabouts of Tony Stark.

-Black Swan is not as dark as she appears, great reveal on what her true intentions are this issue.

-We find out what Natasha and Jessica are up to, which continues into Avengers.

-The beginnings of Battleworld are formed I guess, Thanos notes that the incursion site are lingering, and how many worlds they've killed/universes they've saved.

-(Inverted) Tony and Steve talking about things and Tony's strange shot at redemption is interesting.

So it looks like Tony tried to make a suit strong enough to fight Thanos and company?

Hey, he probably figured if Reed could make the Anti-Galactus suit, somebody whose thing was actually suits of powered armor could do better.

His suit didn't even last long enough to get to Thanos! His underlings took him out.

This is probably a dumb question, since it is about a comic book death, but how is Corvus still alive? Didn't Hyperion blow him up back in Infinity?

Well, after all, he builded an anti-Phoenix laser, so building a Thanos-buster armor cant be that hard, right ?.

As long as his weapon is not destroyed, his body can recover from litterally scratch.

Great issue, the combo with Avengers #38 made for a really great week imo...Great reveal about Black Swan also, hopefully this won't lead her to a tragic ending/fall.

He started to grow back in the cube that he was stuck in with Proxima and Thanos. It shows his skeleton holding onto the spear with flesh starting form on his hands and up his arms. I don't remember all the facts, but I think he couldn't be killed as long as he had a hold of that spear. There must have been a little bit of him still attached after Hyperion fried him. Then in issue 19, Maximus shot a laser drill into the cube to let some air in and it shows Corvus completely reformed. He even mentions that Corvus has been growing back.

Has nothing to do with him touching the spear, he cannot die as long as the spear exists.

Didn't like it. Hate Hickman's version of Stark.
