Haha! I'm so glad everyone is loving her new look! my favorite part of her right now would be her skintone, she looks kinda like a sunset in certain places then red-orange And I also love her eye color!

The kid died as well?? And why did they do this cover? Maxima has always had a kindness towards pregnant women. I'm sure she wouldn't have kissed Clark on the headstone.

Like many pieces of cover art, it was mostly chosen for sensationalism. It was supposed to make you want to pick up the book and investigate this image.

Nothing like that image actually happens in the issue. Superman and Maxima ARE together, but they didn't make out over Lois's grave.

Oh, and Maxima is awesome!

My first exposure to Maxima was I think her first appearance in Action Comics.. she mentally took control of some criminals and used them to draw Superman out.

BTW malachi_munroex, in regard to your earlier question, Vanguard-01 is right ... the cover was more sensationalism than accuracy ... Clark and Maxima did hook up but they never went anywhere near Earth

Still no date or preview for supergirl #37?
I learned of Maxima through watching superman TAS and I did lots and lots of research to get a feel for her and it paid off, I just hated the fact that she was gone. And now, I can actually keep up with her now, thanks to the reboot
