They look like airships or hoverbikes, I'm guessing it's gonna be portrayed as a more advanced society.

I think Morrison is probably incorporating pre-crisis Amazonian tech. Pre-COIE, the Amazons were simultaneously steeped in myth and scientifically-advanced, and they had space ships (early EARLY on the ships were shaped like swans) that they used to defend the Earth from invasions. Yet, they still wore metal bikinis and, holstered next to their swords, they carried laser guns.

I think he is going for integration of the the Space Age versions, the more classical looks embraced in the post-Crisis and everything in between.
