Imagine you were transported to the Beyonder's "Battleworld" to fight against 7 villains from Marvel Earth (Earth-616). The 7 villains would be transported to an area 100 miles away from your location, and before the battle would begin the Beyonder allowed you to assemble a team made up of 6 (you would be number 7) heroes from Marvel Earth. Who would you choose to be in your team?


(They have to be on Earth, no Cosmics, Gods, etc..)

Venom and Spider-girl there because if we have a few spiderman villains, we should have a few spider-man based heroes.
Winter Soldier and Danger because they are well trained fighters who can handle themselves and are generally dangerous
Ant-man and Kamala, because I like them and they are pretty good at comedy relief, plus Ant-man Vs Doom round 2!

1. Reed Richards - c'mon, we're fighting Dr. Doom here. Also, he has plenty of experience against Sandman.
2. Thor - for his firepower and mystic abilities. Plus, he can maybe suck the lightning out of Electro.
3. Is the Silver Surfer currently on Earth? If not, proceed to 4. If so, no explanation needed ,-)
4. Dr. Strange - we'd need someone with his level of control over magic given Doom's abilities.
5. Hyperion - firepower and endurance.
6. Susan Richards - very powerful in her own right, and her shields would help with defense (for example in the case of a surprise attack by Doom's forces like in the original Secret War, or to provide Strange with enough defense to comfortably cast his spells). Also, I'd need her shields to survive this scenario and not be taken as a hostage

If Surfer is not available:
- Spectrum (Monica Rambeau) - for this one I'd like your opinions: would Magneto be able to control her? If not, I feel her speed and abilities would make her quite a threat to him (as this scan seems to indicate) and the others. Also, she's a very capable leader.

If Surfer is not available and Spectrum can be controlled by Magneto:
- Black Bolt (raw power, and the fact that he'd instantly disperse Sandman).

I admit that I am not very familiar with mutants, however, and there may be a couple of characters that would be more suited to fight Apocalypse and Magneto.

Spider-Man also seems like an obvious choice against Octavius, Goblin, Electro and Sandman, but these four would get stomped so hard by the rest of the lineup anyway...
Also, it almost feels "wrong" to not have someone like Cap or Black Panther involved

Red Hulk- The power of the Hulk with the tactical knowledge of a general.
Hulk- because you can never have enough Hulks
Dr. Strange- Magic is always a plus
Reed Richards- Super smart scientist.
Professor X- The worlds most powerful telepath could come in handy.

Invisible Woman- Arguably one of the most powerful, offensively and defensively.
Magik- transportation and sorcery plus all around battle abilities
Kitty Pryde- keep Magik in check, chance to bond with 616 peter, phasing abilities used for defense and stealth missions, technology disruption.
Thor- brickhouse, representative of traditional avengers
Forge- RnD, techguy.
