The only drawback is that they charge your card right away and sometimes cancel orders without any reason or just running out of stock when the book should be published (but fulfilling the orders a week or two later).
But sometimes you get the book a week early (happened with my New Frontier deluxe).

Sure you can just contact their sales team. Unfortunatelly theirs user panel sukcs a bit, you can't cancel orders by yourself.

Continuing the Doctor Who conversation from 2 other threads, if anybody in the UK wants the new Titan hardcovers it seems like now is your best chance at bookdepository because they are the only ones selling it in the UK (couldn't find any UK release date or anything) and now it's around £9,7 each! (speedyhen has the paperbacks listed only £1 less)

It's not exactly normal, but it's been at that price of £7.49 for several months now. Previous to that, it was going for £4.99 for a month or so. It's still a steal at £7.49, though.
