For new books, I typically use SpeedyHen, BookDepository and Wordery. I shop through those and Amazon to see which is cheaper, although it's often SpeedyHen.

I picked up Guardians Of The Galaxy: Tomorrow's Heroes Omnibus for £25.99+ £2.80 Delivery from bargainbooktime on the amazon.co.uk marketplace. It was marked as "Used-Very Good" but arrived at my brothers place in the UK in basically perfect nick. They only have 2 copies left. The next seller up is selling it at £52.79.

It was actually Booksetc. Book is in shrink wrapping, but had a slight dent on spine (it looks like it is a very slight tear). I also picked up Paper Girls Deluxe 2 for £11 from them as well on Amazon marketplace.

As far as I know, Booksetc do not do pre-orders for graphic novels. So if there's something that might be hard to get it would be better to go elsewhere (I struggled to order X-men Classics Omnibus and the Kirby Fourth World Omnibus as they sold out quickly or never even stocked.) Its also worth keeping an eye on Mastercomics11, who seems to be somewhat random but often sells at a better price than the retails. Again, no pre-orders though- so you take your chances.

Yes, BOOKSetc seem to have decent prices.i suppose at that price of £18, a slught dent is nothing to complain about.

Though 40% off is actually a better deal - Buy 2 get 1 is equivalent to 33% off each item.

Thanks! Seriously considering picking this up. As I am just trying to get back into comics, is the story worth checking out, at least?

The good thing about the Buy 2 get 1 free is that it applies to whatever sale price the book has already. So if a book is 25% currently, that price is used to calculate the buy 2 get 1 free (33% off of the 25% price), which can be cheaper than 40% off.

But both are very good deals for a Canadian retailer (especially if stacked with the 10% off discount that Chapters Indigo has).
