I got the Witchblade Compendium for €25.01 from Cheap-Comics.com. Pretty good deal for a sketchy bind imo.

For anyone looking for the Hulk Omnibus there are currently two book sellers on Amazon's marketplace with brand new copies for sale. They must have uncovered some stock of these as this has been OOP for awhile and they are selling for around $80 which includes $3.99 shipping.

You would also be covered by Amazons A to Z guarantee if they don't package it properly and it arrives damaged.

That's pretty sweet. I got myself Squadron Supreme, which has been MIA for quite a long time. Too bad I had to pay 15 € to have it delivered to my country (Italy) - but it still a deal.

Just asking in here because there's a good concentration of UK users - how reliable are either of the Forbidden Planet websites for pre-orders? I've not ordered from them in years and years but back in the day you could be waiting four weeks for an order.

I'd like to order something for Christmas delivery but don't want to take the risk.

Anyone on here used the sites recently? Worth the gamble.

on forbiddenplanet.co.uk it says the Christmas cut off date is the 13th for in stock items so it should be okay.
Preordered a figure in october and it was a bit of a gamble since both FP and TRU advertised it as their exclusive but they shipped it eventually and arrived in a few days. Ordered a book on Black friday and took a week to despatch and another week went by since then and it still didn't arrive.
Just ordered a Christmas gift today from them, hopefully it arrives in time.

I have all the stories in other formats and I wouldn't have bought it except it was too good a bargain to not go for it!

I missed out on it last time, so this time around it was the only book I looked for and went straight for it and checked out. You have to be very quick.

I'm hoping they remainder some of the other oversized books, the Marvels ones is one I'd really want.
